Waterfowl hunting can be fast and furious, with ducks quacking and honkers sounding as huge flocks pass over or approach your dekes. Wailing calls intensify the excitement as you anxiously await the pit boss’s call to shoot.

On the other end of the spectrum is when duck hunting is nothing more than a long sit in a blind or along a lake when no birds are flying and the 3:00 am alarm seems like a decade ago. Watch in this video as a hunter caves to the fatigue of birdless skies and his buddies have a little fun.
