Every hunter dreams of that great adventure to Alaska, Africa, New Zealand, or another exotic place, where animal populations thrive in pristine environs and a modern sportsman can experience hunting as it was 100 years ago. Essential to making this dream a success is the philosophy, Ready… fire… aim. In other words, plan your dream trip and decide to do it next year or within a three-year window, regardless of your age. Those someday trips evaporate like snow in the desert and if you set a trip goal, the stars seem to align and you find ways to make it happen.
