Video: Recipe for a Juicy Venison Roast

One of the last pieces of venison left in the freezer is often a roast. Not that it can’t be delicious — it’s just that large pieces of meat can be difficult to cook and often come out dry. Marsha Shearer of Shoot Straight TV offers this short video recipe for bacon-wrapped venison with garlic sauce. The preparation requires very simple ingredients, and you’ll see the whole prep right before your eyes. Get cooking!
