Velvet Antlers and Hanging Tree Stands


Whether you’re in full pre-season “rut” or just need a bit of motivation to get out of one, this video has some great deer footage and important tips about hanging tree stands. Don’t wait until the day before the season to hang a stand, as your scent will linger in the woods and any vegetation you leave behind may spook a wary buck. By making stand preparations now, deer will have ample time to adapt to that funny branch that suddenly appeared or a brushed-in ground blind by their normal travel route.
